From 15-17 May, 12 pupils from Inveralmond will be taking part in the annual Model United Nations Conference at George Watsons College.
As usual there will be approximately 650 pupils from around Scotland and the UK debating a number of global issues from nuclear disarmament to disabled rights and tax on unhealthy foods to creating a world language.
In addition, there will be some pupils from Tblisi in Georgia, Israel, Spain & Germany, it promises to be an extremely challenging yet rewarding event for all involved.
This year our pupils will be representing the Asian country of Burma and they have been researching their topics and honing their debating skills to ensure they give a good impression of Inveralmond Community High School.
